KAIZEN365 Technology provides managed IT services, including but not limited to:

  • IT consulting and project-based services

3. Service Limitations

All services are provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
KAIZEN365 Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid licenses for all software in use
  • Following reasonable security best practices
  • Granting authorized access to systems, accounts, and premises when required for service delivery

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery or resolution timelines.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
